Hej/Hello/Hallo/Ciao/Bonjour/Hola etc.!
This website and the translation service available on this website (the “Service”) is maintained, operated and provided to you by IKEA IT AB. By accessing this website and using the Service you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
-
The Service may only be used for work-related purposes and to translate work-related materials.
-
We have worked really hard to make sure the Service will provide as accurate translations as possible, but we – and the Service – are not perfect and we will learn and improve over time. Consequently, always proof-read your translations and consult a professional translating service provider if you intend to publish or distribute the translated material externally , or use the translated material in a more formal context. Needless to say, IKEA IT AB cannot assume any responsibility for the accuracy of the translations, the Service is just intended as a helping hand in your daily work.
-
Please refrain from using the Service to translate text that includes detailed information about individuals , in particular such information that may contain sensitive personal data (such as data relating to sexual orientation, religious belief, health status or similar).
-
If your material, and the translation thereof, does include personal data, please rest assured that we have put in place safeguards to protect the data. For example, all translations are deleted permanently after an hour and submitted materials will only be used to generate the translations, nothing else.
-
If you would like to report a translation error or inaccuracy or if you have any questions or comments in relation to this webpage or the Service, we encourage you to provide feedback , using the feedback functionality. Feedback can be submitted after the translation is done. Feedback will be stored and used by IKEA IT AB to make sure we can continue to improve the Service.
-
We have engaged a third party service provider certain components of the Service. We have all contracts in place with this company, including a DPA, to ensure that this Service remains as safe and reliable as possible to use.
-
Swedish law will govern these terms of use.
